What you get

Four things ReconcileOS does for your kitchen’s money

01

Match POS to every delivery brand automatically

Bring in your POS file and align it with each brand’s settlement batch so you can see which payouts tie to which service period.

02

Work cancel, pause, and odd orders from one exception list

Cancellations, pauses, and items that will not auto-match sit in a single queue with suggested pairings, so a small team can clear the pile without re-opening every portal.

03

See the fees you actually pay each period

Commission, VAT, and other deductions roll up in fee views so you know what each platform kept before money hits your account.

04

All brands on one screen when you need to compare

Filter by brand or lay two side by side to compare take-home and fee load without downloading another CSV.

Coverage

Coverage for your delivery stack

How it works

How it works when you run lean

You connect sources once. From there the routine is steady: match settlements to the bank, read fees by brand, and touch only the rows that still look wrong.

01

Hook up platforms and POS

Attach your delivery accounts and load your POS export so ticket counts and settlement periods line up to the same calendar.

02

Match payouts to bank lines

Each platform batch is followed to the bank credit that landed, with fees split out so net deposit is easy to explain to the owner or accountant.

03

Review fees and brand mix

Track commission and other charges over time. Flip between brands when you want to see who is cheapest or who is eating margin.

04

Clear the exception shortlist

Cancellations, pauses, and anything that did not match stay in one list. Fix or escalate with the backup already on the row.

FAQ

Questions finance teams ask before rollout

Practical answers about setup, data sources, and how this use case fits into your close process.

What can we reconcile?

Platform settlements, your POS export, tap-to-pay terminal batches if you use them, and UAE bank deposits. We match payouts to the bank, not your kitchen order screen.

Does tap-to-pay / card terminal data work?

Yes. End-of-day terminal batches are matched to bank credits the same way as delivery payouts. Anything off shows up as a review item.

Different file format from each brand?

Yes. We normalise layouts so one run covers every brand in the same period. No manual sheet rebuild.

Multiple branches?

Yes. Each location can close its own books; group view rolls sites up when you need it.

How long to get started?

Most teams are running within a day using CSV exports from platforms, POS, and the bank. No IT build-out.
