Reconcile Delivery, Online Orders, and Card-Terminal Settlements to the Bank
ReconcileOS handles settlement-to-bank work: delivery platforms, online payment gateways, and bank card terminal batches against your UAE bank lines. We do not replace your order or inventory system—that stays upstream of cash.
First month free, no commitment

Match aggregator and gateway settlement files to bank deposits. Card terminal end-of-day is the payment device your customer taps; it is not your kitchen or order screen.
What goes wrong today
A restaurant group pulling orders through Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, and its own online ordering platform ends each week with four different settlement file formats to reconcile against bank deposits—none of which share a structure. Card terminal end-of-day files add another stream. Finance manually consolidates these each month, and fee deductions from each aggregator are rarely verified against the contracted rate until something goes wrong.
What changes with ReconcileOS
ReconcileOS connects to your delivery platforms, online payment gateways, and card terminals directly and matches their settlements to bank deposits in one process. Fee deductions are verified per source. Unmatched items are surfaced before month-end, not discovered during the close.
How restaurant finance teams reconcile delivery, online, and card terminal settlements
Each settlement source connects directly to ReconcileOS. Data from Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, card terminals, and online gateways is pulled automatically and normalised so the bank matching step works consistently across all streams.
Connect your delivery platforms and gateways
ReconcileOS connects directly to Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, and your online ordering gateways. Settlement data syncs automatically—no manual file collection needed.
Connect your card terminals
Bank-provided card terminals connect to ReconcileOS directly. End-of-day settlement data is pulled automatically and matched against bank deposits the same way as any gateway.
Connect your bank account
Link your UAE bank account once. ReconcileOS pulls transactions automatically and maps each bank credit to the corresponding settlement batch across all sources.
Exceptions only
Unmatched credits, fee discrepancies, and timing gaps are flagged. Confirmed matches close the period with the evidence already attached.
All settlement streams matched to the bank. Not one per spreadsheet tab.
Delivery platform settlements, card terminal batches, and online gateway payouts reconciled against bank deposits in one process.
Fee deductions from Talabat, Deliveroo, and card terminal contracts verified each period against agreed rates—not assumed.
Audit-ready close for each location, branch, or entity, regardless of how many settlement sources feed the bank.

Questions finance teams ask before rollout
Practical answers about setup, data sources, and how this use case fits into your close process.
Which payment sources does ReconcileOS reconcile for restaurants and F&B businesses?
ReconcileOS reconciles delivery platform settlement files (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon), online ordering gateway settlements, and card terminal end-of-day batch files against UAE bank deposits. The order management system—the screen managing kitchen orders and inventory—is a separate upstream system and is not part of this reconciliation layer.
How does card terminal reconciliation work for F&B businesses?
A bank-provided card terminal (the device your customer taps to pay) generates an end-of-day settlement batch file. ReconcileOS matches that batch against the corresponding bank credit the same way it matches an online gateway settlement. The result shows which terminal batches landed correctly and which have fee discrepancies or timing gaps.
We receive different settlement file formats from Talabat, Deliveroo, and our card terminal. Can ReconcileOS handle all of them?
Yes. Each source has its own settlement file format. ReconcileOS normalises them so the bank matching step runs consistently across all sources in the same reconciliation period—without manual reformatting or consolidation.
Can a restaurant group with multiple branches reconcile centrally?
Yes. Multi-entity reconciliation allows each branch or location to run its own settlement-to-bank reconciliation independently, while a parent or group account sees a consolidated overview across all locations.
How quickly can an F&B business get started?
Most F&B businesses are reconciling within a day. The inputs are settlement CSV files from your delivery platforms and card terminals, plus your bank statement export. No API integrations, no IT involvement.
